I’m passionate about investing in talent, leading in multicultural environments, and new market expansion.

A journey established from a lower socio-economic background where access to social networks, education, resources and finance is challenged. Overcoming systemic barriers to develop talent and skill, chasing opportunity. We underestimate the skills we can learn through grit, resilience, adaptability and curiosity, and how good we can become. When we focus not just on current capabilities but also on the potential for growth, we elevate ourselves and others.
Now based in New York my evolving career chapter will lean into consulting with companies in hyper-growth, coaching for high performance and angel investing in diverse, under-estimated founding teams with an insatiable desire to solve impactful problems.
